About Lenore

With a successful career in real estate spanning over twenty years, Lenore is consistently one of the top selling brokers in the area.  She has achieved national and regional recognition for performance, is E-certified, and belongs to the National Association of REALTORS, The Colorado Association of REALTORS and the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS.  She’s been a member of the prestigious PEAK Producers for many years, placing her in the top 10% of the 2700 brokers in the Pikes Peak region.  She achieved this same status in 2015.

Specializing in Teller and Park Counties, Lenore has lived in the mountains for over 23 years and knows the area well.  She’s a top negotiator, has a comprehensive understanding of real estate contracts and law and is very detail and service oriented.  A marketing specialist, she includes some of the top advances in technology as part of her real estate sales.  From QR bar coding to electronic contracts, advanced website promotions, visual and audio tours and print media, Lenore has complete market coverage.  She specializes in luxury homes, equestrian properties, homes on acreage and larger parcels of raw land.  An independent broker, with sales over $10 million in 2015,  her long standing reputation for excellence has generated repeat clients and hundreds of referrals.

Community involvement is important to Lenore, from currently being Chairman of the Board for the Greater Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce with over 440 members and a trustee for the Pikes Peak Regional Hospital and the Hospital Association.  She’s past President of the Pikes Peak Regional Hospital Foundation and was a trustee for several years to help build the hospital.  She’s on the advisory council for the Pikes Peak Historical Society based in Florissant, a member of the Lake George Rock and Mineral Club and a Friend of the Florissant Fossil Beds.  She volunteered on the Florissant Fire & Rescue for several years on the auxiliary, has been president of her local homeowners association and has been involved in numerous non profits.  Serving on several boards of directors over the years in the area has given her a good insight into our community and everything it has to offer.  She’s a trained naturalist, a rockhound, and a nature photographer and artist, with work in numerous public and private collections and published in books, magazines, and newspapers.
